At Navka, we are committed to delivering your orders with care and efficiency, both within India and internationally.
Shipping charges are calculated based on the volumetric weight of your complete order and may vary depending on your location, quantity, weight, and volume. Domestic and international rates differ accordingly.
We currently ship across India and select international locations, excluding areas not covered by our logistics partners.
Delivery Timelines
Once your order is placed, we provide an estimated delivery window based on product availability and your delivery destination. These are estimates only; actual delivery times may vary due to logistics or external factors. Delays do not qualify for compensation or legal action.
We generally dispatch orders within 10–12 business days from the order date.
Domestic Orders: Delivered within 7 business days after dispatch
International Orders: Delivered within 10 business days after dispatch

Packaging & Safety
All orders are packed using high-quality corrugated boxes, bubble wrap, and thermocol to minimize in-transit damage and ensure a safe delivery.
Possible Delivery Delays
Certain situations may cause delays in delivery:
Incorrect shipping address or PIN code
Unavailability of recipient
Adverse weather conditions
Unforeseen logistics challenges
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
At the time of delivery, the recipient is required to provide a name and contact number, and sign an acknowledgment receipt.
International Orders & Customs
For international shipments, all duties, taxes, and customs charges must be borne by the customer. Navka is not responsible for any additional charges imposed by customs in the destination country.
